Please join me in celebrating the publication of my debut novel Pheidippides Didn't Die. We'll have snacks, drinks & giveaways, a brief reading & book discussion, and even some low-key karaoke -- all against the backdrop of the lovely rooftop view of the Philly skyline.
The party is free, family-friendly, and open to all. Feel free to bring friends or fellow book lovers. And kids are more than welcome -- mine will be there, so yours can come too. Though the book has a solid R-rating, this event will be strictly PG-13.
And a note for my fellow Eagles fans: This party was planned with you in mind! We'll be finished well before the 8:20pm kickoff in Dallas. And, yes, for anyone concerned about driving into Philly on game day, the Eagles are away. Also, as far as I can tell, neither the Flyers nor the Sixers are playing that day, so there shouldn't be any sports traffic (cross fingers).
